Windsurf's plans are now Cognition's unified tiers: Free $0, Pro $20/month, Max $200/month, Teams $80/month plus $40/month per full dev seat, Enterprise custom (USD, monthly billing; vendor plan page verified September 2026). The 2026 restructure retired prompt credits in favor of daily-and-weekly usage quotas and folded Windsurf into the same plans as Devin; extra usage is sold at API pricing. Numeric quota values are not published by the vendor, we track exactly what is stated and mark the rest unknown.
02When Do Windsurf Credits Reset? Quota Reset Times Explained
Short answer: since March 2026, Windsurf (now Devin Desktop) resets your usage allowance on BOTH a daily and a weekly clock, based on the calendar date, and the daily allowance is deliberately more than 1/7 of the weekly one, so weekend-heavy users can still spend the full weekly cap. Before that, prompt credits reset monthly at the start of your billing cycle with no rollover, and purchased add-on credits never expired at all. Your exact reset moment shows in the usage meter inside the editor or on your plan page at app.devin.ai/settings/plans.
